Stripe is a secure third-party payment solution where you as a customer can both pay with a credit or debit card without having to create a new "payment account" where you can easily pay with your card. Shipping & Deliveries
All goods up to 5 kg are sent with Postnord, larger packages are then sent with Schenker. Poop! charges SEK 60 for the shipping cost within Sweden and SEK 200 within the EU. The freight forwarder's terms of delivery apply after handover. We are happy to deliver to other parts of the world but you should contact Poops! before for shipping costs.

The delivery time is approx. 2-5 working days from when the item is ordered. In individual cases, delivery may take longer, depending on the circumstances and the forwarder.

Right of return
You always have an open purchase and exchange right for 30 days. The product must then be sent back to us in unused condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is not refundable. The money is paid back when we receive the return. Please contact Poops! on returns and exchanges!

Poop! follows the General Complaints Board's recommendations with a new customer guarantee for the first 6 months thereafter the 3-year Consumer Purchase Act applies.
