Poops! thinner butterfly-shaped inserts are made entirely of natural materials and have an extra large surface both front and back. They are available in three sizes. The shape makes the insert fit very well in both covers and pocket diapers. The material consists of 3 layers (390 gsm, 70% bamboo viscose and 30% organic cotton) and 1 thinner and smooth layer (280 gsm bamboo viscose/organic cotton) which is soft and comfortable to have close to the skin. The material absorbs liquid very well.
 
The insert is available in sizes Small (approx. 30 cm long), Medium (approx. 35 cm long) and Large (approx. 40 cm long).
