This insert consist of 4 layers of 280 gsm microfiber + 1 layer of "CoolPass - a synthetic material that breathes, feels dry and cool against the skin.  The insert is suitable for use together with a booster or as an extra insert for children who pee large amounts, as microfiber absorbs quickly.
